+ V/ L3 g5 S7 @3 H# o) x" J<DIV class=t_msgfont id=postmessage_17439161><FONT color=#0000ff>材料:</FONT>排骨(今天排骨形狀不太好),BBQ烤醬,醬油,糖<FONT color=blue> 做法:</FONT><BR> 1. 排骨洗凈放在水中煮,加一只香葉再加點(diǎn)煮肉香料,不要放鹽或者醬油哈。<BR> 2. 調(diào)醬汁。嘗了一下BBQ的醬汁,有點(diǎn)奇怪的味道,加了點(diǎn)醬油和糖混合一下,還算OK,又加了點(diǎn)孜然做點(diǎn)綴<BR> 3. 把醬汁和排骨充分混合,腌一小會。放在烤箱里。200度烤10分鐘就行了<BR><BR>; c$ A. f$ L6 u
